Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, my goal is to provide you with a different perspective on your current problems, helping you understand how past experiences and emotions impact your present struggles. I will aim to help you cultivate better overall health and well-being, mentally, physically, and emotionally. I will help you identify ways to approach life’s problems so that you can move forward with the resources, insights, and skills necessary to confidently navigate life outside of the therapy room.
